Pastor Fedrick A. Wilson

The Reverend Fedrick A. Wilson, an innovative leader and anointed preacher, is the Pastor of Live Oak AME Church in Vance, South Carolina.

Pastor Wilson, a native of Nesmith (Williamsburg County), SC, is the son of the Reverend Moses and Hester Nesmith Wilson.  He is happily married to the love of his life, Tenessa Bell Wilson and they currently reside in Lexington, SC.  They are the proud parents of one daughter, Taylor Alena Wilson and two sons, Timothy Allen and Trenton Andrew Wilson.

Pastor Wilson graduated from Hemingway High School in Hemingway, SC, and South Carolina State University in Orangeburg, SC with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History and a Master of Education Degree in Counselor Education/plus 30 hours. He also earned the Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) certification through Coastal Carolina University in Conway, SC.  Pastor Wilson also attended Hood Theological Seminary in Salisbury, NC for theological preparation.  Currently, he is enrolled as a graduate student at Dickerson-Green Theological Seminary at Allen University in Columbia, SC to complete the Master of Divinity Degree.

As a minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ, Pastor Wilson is an ordained minister in the African Methodist Episcopal (AME) Church and successfully served as pastor of Cedar Grove AME Church in Orangeburg, SC (Central Annual Conference) and Saint Luke AME Church in Eastover, SC (Columbia Annual Conference).

Pastor Wilson participates and/or holds membership in several professional, fraternal, and civic organizations. He is a member of the American School Counselor Association, Palmetto State School Counselor Association, Lexington Branch of the NAACP, Saint Mark Lodge #374 (Prince Hall A, F&AM), Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.; and other state-wide organizations and community boards. He also served in the United States Army Reserves as a commissioned officer.  Pastor Wilson is also currently employed as a Program Coordinator at the South Carolina Association of Community Action Partnerships, Inc in Columbia, SC.

Mostly importantly, Pastor Wilson loves God with all of his heart and desires to serve God with all of his strength.  He seeks to follow the biblical mandate “to do justice, to love kindness, and to walk humbly with God.”.
