Michael McNair is the Senior Pastor of Emmanuel Baptist Church (Thomasville, NC) where he is building and establishing a ministry of EMPOWERMENT.  In 2007, he and his wife Lady Leah divinely answered the call of pastoralship to the Emmanuel Baptist Church, in the city of Thomasville, NC, one of the most innovative and progressive ministries in the region.

Together their hands have been busy building and strengthening the kingdom for 21st century ministry. In the same year, they birthed “Team Empowerment” a ministry focused on enhancing church bodies through hands on training and workshops in the areas of lay ministry, church order, administration, the spirit of excellence, music ministry, Christian education, the Joseph’s anointing and leadership conferences.

In 2012, Pastor McNair founded MAC Publishing (www.macpub.org ), a Christian-based, family-owned, mainline publishing organization.Pastor McNair is a strong link in the Body of Christ and many souls are enriched through his real, relevant and revelatory delivery of God’s Word.

Since 2007, Pastor McNair’s impactful leadership has increased membership dramatically at Emmanuel Baptist. Under his leadership, the congregation has purchased land and constructed a state of the art Community Life Center in 2009, the first building of its kind built by an African American Pastor in Thomasville. His teaching is cutting edge with an emphasis on training and developing kingdom leaders to grow and walk in complete excellence. He is a God-sent visionary who has transformed Emmanuel to be a ministry of EMPOWERMENT! This awesome man of God represents the next generation of preachers who are wholeheartedly committed to transforming lives for the Kingdom.

This man of God’s ministry transcends all racial, cultural and economic boundaries and reaches people right where they are with a challenging Rhema Word. For many years Pastor McNair has lived by the Motto: “Expecting the Unexpected”, According to I John 3:2 “…It doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that when He shall appear, we shall be like Him…”
